A competência comunicativa: os domínios linguístico e sociocultural

Abstract:
O presente relatório descreve a Prática de Ensino Supervisionada no âmbito do mestrado em Ensino de Português e de Espanhol no 3.º ciclo do Ensino Básico e Secundário. Pretendeu-se demonstrar na prática pedagógica a relevância do desenvolvimento da competência comunicativa em Português língua materna e Espanhol língua estrangeira, promovendo o desenvolvimento do domínio linguístico e sociocultural a fim de preparar os alunos para contextos comunicativos reais. Por se tratar de duas línguas e decorrente de fatores contextuais de cada grupo, as abordagens foram, naturalmente, diferentes. No português, partiu-se do domínio linguístico trabalhando, à luz do texto, os géneros textuais. Em Espanhol, o trabalho fundamentou-se no domínio sociocultural abrindo espaço para o trabalho sobre a competência intercultural. Com efeito, pudemos verificar que quando ensinamos uma língua não ensinamos propriamente uma competência mas sim diferentes competências que, juntas formam a competência comunicativa. Ao fazer desta a competência transversal às duas disciplinas, a aula de língua torna-se um espaço com um pendor fortemente social. Esperando que possa vir a constituir um contributo para outros professores, este relatório representa um objeto de reflexão não só sobre a competência em causa mas também sobre a prática pedagógica. ; The present report describes the Supervised Teaching Practice within the Master's Degree in Ensino de Português e de Espanhol no 3.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e Secundário. It was intended to demonstrate the pedagogical practice relevance of the development in communicative competence in Portuguese as mother language and in Spanish as foreign language, promoting the development of linguistic and sociocultural domain, in order to prepare students for the real communicative environment. Since it is two languages and due to contextual aspects of each group, the approaches were naturally different. In the Portuguese language, it started in the linguistic domain working the textual genres. In the Spanish language, the work was based on the sociocultural domain, opening space for work in intercultural competence. Consequently, was able to verify that when we teach a language we do not teach a competence but several competences that all together will form a communicative competence. By making out of the communicative competence, the common competence for both classes, the language class becomes itself a space of strong social importance. Hoping that may constitute a contribution to other teachers, this report represents an object of reflection not only on the competence in question but also on the pedagogical practice.
